If you’re not reading this in a feed aggregator, you’ve noticed that I’m dicking around with the theme. For some reason, I feel the need to make a post drawing attention to this anyway. Also, I will continue doing this–I like the current theme better than the default WordPress one, but I plan to find better still. Kthxbai.
It’s unreadable. Monospace type is generally not so great for readability unless it’s double-spaced.
I’m also against using courier type. the only use for it in a computer today is for code editing where it’s needed for readability and indentation alignment. on screen for text, it is horrid to read, and when printed, wastes a lot of space.
Hmmm… when I look at this template, I honestly find the hyper-light fonts used in some places more annoying. Or do people not mind that?
